Areen Development awards construction contract for Tilal residential project

Bahrain-based Areen Development has awarded the construction contract for its flagship Tilal residential project, part of the Al Areen Masterplan, to Ahmed Omar Contracting Company, the developer announced in a press release.

Construction began immediately after the completion of tender procedures, signaling swift progress on the development.

Tilal is one of Areen’s signature residential projects in the Kingdom and will feature 151 villas and townhouses.
