Bapco awards contract to Petrofac for gas project

Petrofac, a major service provider for the global energy industry, has secured a multi-mln-dollar, two-year contract with Bapco Upstream W.L.L. to enhance production in Bahrain.

Under this contract, Petrofac will assist Bapco Upstream in meeting the Kingdom’s gas demands by delivering well hook-ups, associated pipelines, and tie-ins for several new wells in the Bahrain Field, according to a press release.
